Mentoring is peer support in the form of sharing experience, knowledge and skills.
Our mentoring programme matches current investees with mentors with a good knowledge of social investment and the appropriate understanding of their current business need. Mentors can help with business planning, financial forecasting and sales and marketing. They will also understand the roles and responsibilities of directors and/or charity trustees with regards to finance and investment.
Many of our current investees have benefited from a mentor.
Please note that mentors are not authorised to carry out regulated activities such as the provision of investment advice.
